You may be going through a rough time in your life where addictive or compulsive behaviors may be an issue and you need to find some answers. I am a knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, and experienced counselor without an agenda who is here to help.

You Are Not Alone

Millions of Americans suffer from some sort of serious addictive behaviors at some point in their lives. More importantly, there are treatments, interventions, and programs that work. It’s estimated that over 20 million people today are in long-term recovery. They have left the consequences of their compulsive and addictive behaviors behind them. These individuals have repaired the damage caused by the problems that brought them into counseling. They are now leading happy, productive and fulfilling lives. You can too!

What do you want to do next?

Individual Therapy

This is where clients work one-on-one to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. We may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on the client’s unique needs and personal goals for therapy.

Group Therapy

This where clients work together to achieve common therapy objectives. Group therapy develops a sense of connect where clients begin to realize they are no alone in their struggles.

Family Therapy

This includes sessions with important people in your life, and myself,  to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
