Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy

Together we use a combination of therapies that will best help clients achieve their change goals. One-on-one therapy is designed to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, identify aspects of lives that clients would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. We may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on the client’s unique needs and personal goals for therapy. Small group therapy are 1 hour evening sessions that help clients support each other and form bonds around similar experiences. Family therapy allows clients to help resolve issues and improve communication with important relationships.
